Trail of Tears Art Show - 43rd Year 04/03/2016 Bountiful Land 2014, I entered my cherokee double wall basket. It was titled "Bountiful Land" I weaved it with commercial reed and dye. I used deer antler for the handle and secured it with commercial sinew. I also used cedar beads around the rim. This basket represented the long life of my Twist/Chuculate cherokee family. I was awarded "Honorable Mention" and brought home a ribbon. My first award and one happy cherokee basket weaver. Wado, Tsi-na Ge-li
